Ten years into coaching, I noticed something I couldn't unsee.

The dads I worked with were getting stronger, rehabbing old injuries, sleeping better. And almost all of them were quietly frustrated. The body in the mirror wasn't changing. The clothes still didn't fit.

The work they were doing in the gym was working. But the work they weren't doing was undoing it. The work that happened at the kitchen counter. At the work lunch. At 9pm on the couch with the snack drawer two steps away.
