My name is Pat Doherty...
and I help parents build muscle, shed fat, and reclaim their confidence.
I started my career in fitness in New York City as a personal trainer back in 2010, working with clients early morning until late at night.
It wasn't until I was a decade in that I realized my clients were becoming frustrated.
They had been gaining strength, rehabbing their injuries, and experiencing more energy, but they still didn't notice much of a visible change in their body or how their clothes fit.
They were banking on weight training to shed fat and it simply wasn't the answer.
So I begun training clients on not just what they picked up in the gym, but what they picked up with their fork along with other tools to decrease their fat as they put on muscle.
