Welcome. My name is Pat Doherty and I created the Tone & Muscle Academy and the 10lbs Down Masterclass because I knew people were struggling.

After personally training clients in New York City for almost a decade I realized I was only teaching half of the equation. While my people were getting stronger and more muscular, they weren't seeing any real noticeable differences in their midsection.
